Casement Windows

Casement windows are typically Top Hung (Push out to the top) also referred to as PT or Side Hung (Push out to the side) also referred to as PS or PSS.

Aldiy manufactures casement windows in either 30.5mm Profile or 38mm Profile depending on the size and application of the window.

Casement windows are the most cost-effective practical choices for areas requiring ventilation as the window opens either fully or partially allowing ventilation even during light rain.

Frosted glass or sandblasted film may be used effectively in for e.g. Bathroom windows.

Windows can be supplied as either single glazed ( 30.5mm only) or double glazed (38mm).
There are standard sizes as per chart in resources but they may be manufactured to non-standard sizes suit the applicable opening.

Burglar bars can be fitted to casement windows using either 12mm x 12mm solid aluminium bar or the 40mm x 6mm clear perspex bars.

Many steel and timber casement windows need replacing after long periods of time and aluminium equivalents are effectively used affording better sealing and maintenance free solutions.
