Do I pay for a quotation?
Quotations are free and dependent on the proximity to our factory will be done on a call out basis or from plans and photos.
Do I need building plans for an enclosure/conservatory?
Yes plans are required by the municipality and we are able to recommend an architect or you may obtain your own.
Do you require a deposit before commencing work?
Deposits required and a payment plan will be discussed by our reps upon quotation.
Do you replace exisiting timber or steel windows and doors?
We do full same day replacement of existing steel or timber windows and doors. The configuration of the windows and doors can be amended to better suit the opening and requirements with Aluminium equivalents.
What maintenance is required for my new aluminium windows and doors?
Aluminium is maintenance free however the hardware will require monthly maintenance by way of spraying the locks, handles, hinges and rollers with a product like Q20. Closer to the coast the requirement will be more regular.
